All purchases of TAO Coins are final.

TAO Coins are a virtual item with no monetary value. Once TAO Coins have been credited to your account, the purchase cannot be cancelled or refunded, except where required by applicable law.

Payment issues

If you were charged but did not receive your TAO Coins, or you were charged more than once, contact our support team at [email protected] within 30 days of the transaction. Please include:

• the email address of your TAO LITE account;
• the date and amount of the transaction;
• the payment method used.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a payment with your bank instead of contacting us, we may suspend your account until the dispute is resolved.
